VIPs have no access to dynamite

VIPs and donators have no access to dynamite for some reason, even when the donation screen states that it is granted upon donation. This can be considered as false advertising and should be recitifed as soon as possible.

This should now be fixed; they'll be able to spawn maximum 4 dynamites now (that should be enough for some fun, right?).

Moar dynamites. Must be maximum 5.
