Deaveux ban request

I don't think his name is spelled Deaveux, But im not quite sure.
At around 6:00 AM UTC - 7 (mountain time) at 10/8/2009, Deveaux was making a bunch of props, making them moan zombie sounds and fly around him. he had them attack us, and they were flashing colors.
there were so many, none of us could see when he sent them after us. Here is some proof:

I couldn't get his steam id... there were about 4 other ppl on, hopefully they see this, correct the name, and agree with me!
He broke 2 Rules...
1. building on spawn... this rule was made so when a player spawns they wouldnt kill instantly... he was doing just that.
2. disturbing players... sending his props at us.
And that's it... Please ban him!

Pictures are great and all, but what really matters is their Steam ID. Should you have any further issues with mingebags on our server, open the console and type in the status command. Then post a picture(s) accompanying their Steam ID. What you are also trying to explain is Mogliz0rz' Balls of Steel EX2, which the use of I really do not approve. More often than not it falls into the wrong hands and this is what happens. I used to use it myself before I was appointed as admin but only as a mingebag deterrent because a lot of the time there were no proper admins present.
One thing you could do for me to help would be to tell me the usernames of the other players on the server at the time. That way I can approach them myself and attempt to find out his steam ID.

i use balls of steel, but i also only use it to counter-attack minges...
Anyways, There was another person, and im trying to remember his name now...
GOT IT! Admiral Ackbar.
I think that's how it is spelled.
He was on the same time of the minge... thanks!
