Just so people know if you're wearing your halo as a spy when you cloak the glowing effect is still visible

haha I idled a few times near late august after someone convinced me and my firewall was blocking the ports so I didn't get any hats nor items yet I got a question mark saying I circumvented the item distribution system. Ah well that's what you get for taking a risk

Nah its just Valve failing to use their brains. The community and Drunken_Fool who made it asked Valve if it was illegal only thing they said "we dont like it" bam 3 month later 12.000 ppl shafted to oblivion, AWSOME? :

The drop rate of regular hats has tripled from 1.1% to a 3.5% chance every 4 hours also

doesnt say much since you have 25% chance to get a item every 25 mins if your unlucky you dont get any items on 4 hours

I think its awesome. People that worked hard and played alot got rewarded. The people that wanted to take the easy way got shafted to oblivion. Bu fucking hu.

Someone on the AlliedModders boards already wrote a plugin that'll remove the Halo hats on people that are wearing them. I guess that's a good way to remove the drama, am I right? (no, the server is not using that plugin)

I've also seen one that makes people with halos have giant targets on their heads

I was on a server constatly killing the same Spy camper, over and over when he was cloaked, some of the times I even taunted him to death, he kept calling me a cheater and didn't understand why his cloak wasn't working.
He kept reconnecting and I couldn't help it, I just kept laughing my ass off when he was like "I'm Outta here" and I told him why I could see him, Halo
