Enabling Extinguish Events in HLStats

Just a small suggestion as i've noticed its enabled on some other servers that when you airblast to put someone out etc it awards you 1 point for doing it, might encourage more people to help team mates burning, i know i do it anyway but not enough people seem to, plus also helps those snipers who actually put people out aswell

That probably means that the HLStatsX software we use now is outdated (and I have been aware of that for some time now).

HLStatsX has now been updated to version 1.6.0 and the Extinguish Event should be active.
Also, the server will now automatically run the awards script everyday at midnight GMT+1 (server time (this webserver)).
