Vote kick + Vote ban DESPERATE NEED

I'm not sure about the others but the Garry's Mod Sandbox server needs vote kick and vote ban.
First of all, with it added to the server there will be some control over the server when admins are not on.
Secondly, I believe the server would be much more peaceful because players can kick/ban others without waiting for an admin to come.
Thirdly, Once minges notice that everytime they go on and minge and get banned, eventually they will stop coming.
Well that's my suggestion

Agreed.
It's not always admins are online, it could be a hell lot effective.

I'll stick to my reason; it can easily be abused.
I'd rather not wake up and see 50 new bans in the banlist.
Voteban is out of the question really, votekick is another case.

Votekick may aswell solve the most problems.

Yes that is true.
But normally the majority of all players would agree to the correct answer.

I have seen voteban on some servers (like on Bastinka's JailRP server), it doesn't go quite well when there's no administrator monitoring the server.
I even voted positive for kicks that shouldn't have been executed and shit
