i told him not too do it after i seen his adv dupe ghost, then he went straight ahead and did
within 2 of these balloon pops the server crashed, mayby balloons should be banned? as well as ragdolls, one person can crash a server with 1 ragdoll, i wont say how..

Balloondeployers will be blocked in the next update (probably tomorrow).
