[MC] Chat channels?

Hello, is there a plugin that we can have so when the server is populated we can talk on specific channels? Or nearby-chat?

The chat is nowhere near crowded...

Well then a way to be able to talk to nearby players only? Like 50 blocks away? And a global channel as well..
