HELP! i need a image url

I want a image that i made using meme generator as my signature, but it says i need a image url to put the image there! i dont know what that is or how to get one, but can someone please help me?! i tried to google it, but it said i need a photobucket and stuff.

By copy image url, do you mean (C:)<blah blah blah folder locations>?

Save picture to your system.
Upload it to imageshack, photobucket, AIDS or whatever.
By doing so you will be given a link. The link is the URL. Now, to post your picture to this forum, embed the image URL such as:

No, he means the website. You don't have to download it. If it's showing the image on your web browser, you can just right click it and select "copy url" or whatever your browser says.
Only use photobucket - scratch that -Never use photobucket, imgur.com is better. Use imgur when uploading something from your computer that isn't on the internet.
Also, if you're going to use anything larger than a small image in your signature, surround it in spoiler tags. Like this:
[spoil]IMAGE_URL[/spoil]Bienvenidos al internet.
