Mate, you're on at 11 PM my time (UTC -6), so about 6AM where most of the members of this community are. You can't really expect many people on the server at this time.
I've been seeing upwards of 20 people on the server at a time lately, it's not dead. :3
I'd like it to be more full and I'd like us to start advertising again though, but that's not up to me D:
