The Moaning Mexican and raoul spam and server crash

spammed these contraptions that lagged alot then crashed the server
i tried putting him in my expression 2 box to stop him spawning them but it didnt work
anyway as you can see they all use the same sort of device which is a phx or tile dome.... strange
