MY MIC IS BROKEN :(

Okay so I have a siberia v2 and I kinda broke my mic. I just accidentally got some chocolate on it:: D: D: DDDD and now it doesn't work so help me plz:< I can't live without my mic </3

Which is actually wrong. You should always leave the mic out, as the whole in-out thing, (LOL), ruins the solder-connections in the headset.

How do you know this?! And how do you know if this is applicable to this particular headset?

Because I have owned 3 headsets with retractable microphones, which all suffered from the same thing.
