Live show from my security cam from Estonia!!!!

Hey guys! I made a kinda security system of my webcam, and you can freely access it 
Type this in web browser: 78.28.114.139:85
Username: Admin (A capital!)
Password: kl
And then click:
Live Video From Camera
JPG by right of "Vimicro USB2.0 UVC PC Camera"
It will redrict you, and youa re LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!DDD
Please post here if you accessed or goining to access it and don't mess with my records please, thanks =))

4/10, live camera didn't work. photo stream did. Lol.
Its because you, It runs perfectly on my laptop but not at desktop.
