"Block belongs to everywhere" ?

I posted this on request of HAPPYGOPUCKEY
When i right click any block "Block belongs to everywhere" appears in my chat window?
(my window says Minecraft by digiex.net because it lets me use a earlier version of minecraft.. im not stealing it or anything :L)

it's part of the realms, realms are safe zones that have special aspects such as allos user groups of only a few user in particular to do certain actions such as: Enter | Build | Destroy | All
they can aslo heal / activate pvp on friendly servers , add messages when entering /leaving area
Blocks belongs to everywhere basically means that it does not belong to a realms but to the normal minecraft world
