Why is timanttivaras banned and is it permanent?

He griefed areas in s4m291's house behind your own multiple times, it being small areas I gave him a few chances to stop what he was doing. The last time I saw that he had done somthing wrong i'd had enough of fixing the things he broke, So I revoked him. Me and Weealisdair also caught him speedhacking a few times, and he is said to have used a wallhack/ xray mod to find blocks on the server. Both of these things are not allowed.
