Indri needs a perm ban

I am just living peacefully in the server. but this dude Indri keeps setting my house underwater... he is a major loser and needs to get banned, or else i can't play normal anymore... 
he did it multiple times, and keeps repeating it

Iif he did it multiple times on purpose that's already griefing and is worth a un-whitelis
if you still know what block he removed , ask an admin to check it for you,
they'll confirm it and un-whitelist him.
