We've got a Ventrilo server online for the Aprilon Dynasty community. Feel free to use it for whatever you want.

Server went offline a few days after it got launched, for some reason. Gametracker says it's back online but I haven't checked it myself

UKGame can get you a free 50 slot mumble server, I think it's for ever because mine is.
But then again, it's hosted in the UK.
