Prop spamming / Pushing.

Was on the server for a while and they started prop pushing.
Later server had a lot of lag and I found them prop spamming.,
they were kicked however thought you may want some evidence in case of ban,

More importantly, Why isn't Dave (who can be seen in chat) taking care of it?
