Yeah...
Not sure where to download it though.
Go to the actual youtube page to read the description, it explains everything, and it seems there's just a single server hosting this mod now.

Haha! Sweet. I saw someone using very similar mod, but one they just made from changing console commands. Heavy who could use targe charge, fists only, and insane amounts of health.

If there's just a single server hosting that mod it's likely it's a private mod

Looks like something thats gonna kill the gameplay.

It's a mod, something completely different. You can't compare it to standard TF2.

From what I've heard it's a private mod and will not be released onto anyone else's server.
