I got those.
Unusual Fancy Fedora effect is Scorching Flames.
White paint is white paint you can only get from a crate.
Offer. I only want hats or wearable misc items like earbuds/mask. I'll also be afk for a few days.

I gave some random fool on the server earbuds and a procedure mask for it. Best deal ever. I then traded the fedora for another unusual (trophy belt) and 2 hats. And then I traded that unusual trophy belt for 7 hats (among which 3 new ones).
So basically, I got 7+2 = 9 hats for earbuds and a procedure mask.
