Pyro's are annoying as it is, this would just push too many people over the edge. The pyro has all it needs.

If you want to jump high, learn Soldier or Demoman.

If a soldier shoots a rocket at you, you can rocketjump using your airblast.

They aren't if you don't play spy. Seriously people keep calling them annoying but they aren't, they fight like that on close range, and are supposed to fight like that, and people call them annoying because team can't counter them with a decent heavy or sentry, even another pyro can blow them back.

You obviously haven't played against a whole team of them, against one real idiot or had a real idiot pyro on your team.

Nowai. Pyros are meant to be fighting from a distance with Flaregun. I have seen that myself.

hey so what if a couple of pyros start wrecking havoc? all it takes is one pyro on the other team extinguishing others. if every pyro out there used the bloody air blast as often as they should, noone whould ever complain. i really rage when they just look at me burn to death!

besides, do not underestimate the sway and instictive influence that fire has over humans and animals alike. pyros are all about that psychological effect, not so much about sheer damage imo
