Steam Problem

All of a sudden on steam, I crashed. Then I came back on and my steam connection was off. It then came on for about 5 seconds, then went off again. It came on again, then went off again about 5 seconds later. When it IS on, I cannot message anybody.

Steam IRL-filter. Searches google for one's web-mistakes, and takes action.
On a sidenote, nooo idea what's wrong. Try reinstalling.

I just found out that steam is currently syncing my games with Steam Cloud, could that be a reason?

It's probably steams fault that it happens. PD has got the same problems.

Syncing with steam cloud shouldn't take that long.. It's just your video/control/player/whatever settings that are synced with steam.
