Sandbox Downtime

Since the ukgame.com services and datacentre are currently experiencing technical issues such as recurrent intermittence as evidenced by repeated server crashes and the game control panel layout being messed up, I have opted to shut down the server temporarily until the aforementioned issues have been resolved.
