I don't know. But not only does everyone have massive spikes, even when the spikes aren't there, the hitreg is terrible.

Who cares what host. As long as it isn't this shitty UKgame with their shitty datacenter. We have only one TF2 server, how hard can it be to have a lag-free one?

It should be fixed asap if you ask me. If the server keeps on lagging for a few more days I'm afraid we'll have a little problem. I think people will leave massively and will not return to the server again. That's what I'd do if I was a random nab playing on public servers.

But jeez, we have no decent place to move to. Please do suggest some providers you know about if you don't do research on it don't bother suggesting btw.

What I'm looking for in offers (fyi):
- Fairly good CPU
- At least 2GB of RAM - do want 4GB
- More than one IP address (hopefully be able to do one per game server)
- More than 2TB of network allowance per month
- Location should be within the UK or any neighbor country
- Relatively cheap price (£40-70)

Sorry to piss on everybodys bonfire but...seems the new server is behaving very erratically.
Lots of lag spikes and high pings when I see (and other ppl have said too not just me) more than a few players on screen. Today was pretty bad for me. I was getting ubered, turning the corner to face red team and basically pot lucking my skill nades! Haha seriously though it lags. Multi was online and noticed it also, so im 100% sure it aint just me. The old server was better

Maybe its lagging because there is also another CP server running.I don't know.

Hmm it started around peak times gmt...like 3-4pm going into the night progressively worse. It was strange because I noticed some people with normal average pings like 30-50 ms then a lot of people bordering around 90-120. I personally was hovering around 100, and my ping before that is always below 30. It's fine to play except....as I mentioned when there is a lot of things going on. I thought I'd mention it because although the old server had it's bad moments, I found this one to be worse in this case.
I also recall it happening on Tuesday evening. I didnt take anything as proof but today I will do if it happens again. Hopefully it can help. Cheers.

EDIT: Just saw the feedback topic sorry, Ill post my results there now. Another note was it wasn't just the new maps I experienced it...was goldrush and badwater too.
