Update wire as soon as possible

Updating wire to the latest revision will resolve both issues regarding the wire hydraulic length returning the value of 0 and also regarding the remover tool not being able to delete wire thrusters

What thread? The aforementioned are bugged on the server and were also bugged on my local machine until I updated wiremod again earlier this evening, the bugs are fixed.
