Server Restart Noaw Please

We need a server restart. Because there is a person with a e2 chip that kills people. I can't figure out how it is but we need a server restart to get rid of him please.
Now, His name is LazeyEye. He has been on the server afk all night. He is the one with the e2. Sorry I didn't get his steam ID. But if there is someone named LaZeYeYe tomorrow when you get one please ban him.

Yes, I understand about that steam id. I had to go to bed. And I stopped playing a little before I went to bed. I usually have it. This is only in the Gmod section because I wans't sure who was doing it because there were a couple people on and the flying thing was invisible and going fast. I was posting to see if we could get a server restart so everything would go back to normal.
