Kicked and Banned?

I was on the gmod server and someone spammed the place up with the Gladoes body props. I went and added Ocfos as a friend so I could get him to the server and see if he he could the spammer. I contacted him and after I told him about the spammer I lost my connection (when I loose my connection I think the server crashes). He then contacted Jamza and Jamza went to check out the server and it had restarted. And the spammer was not there. Jamza was pissed but I tried to tell him it had crashed before he got there.
Then a little while later Ocfos invited me to the server because he said he wanted to show me something. I went there and in a couple of seconds he banned me. I am not sure for how long either. I still don't know why I was banned but I probably has something to do with the spammer leaving when the server crashed. I would really like to be unbanned because I made a post earlier about admins and some people said I should add the admins and spam them when someone was minging on the server. I took their advice and was banned by Ocfos.
So the main story here is to not warn you people when someone is about to crash your server? Should I not doing anything to try and stop it?! Some people had building they were building on!
I think Ocfos was thinking that I was trying to move him about and piss him off. I wouldn't do anything like that if there wasn't a reason. I payed for VIP. You still thin I would do something like that?!
I wouldn't mind be unbanned please.

Its a 24 hour ban.
Basically, we both checked, the was no spam or record of a crash in the logs.
REASON: Wasting admin time.

i didn't call Jamza on the server.. you did..
and we were both very busy with other stuff so why call us to an empty server..?
attention seeking kids my ass...
just sit out the 24 hours and contact us BEFORE the guy.. if there even were a minge.. leaves the server.. else we can't do anything about it and it's just pure waste of time

How could he have been the spammer? He was banned earlier on this evening. Infact, you were there when me and dave banned him, and I guess that is when you took the screenshot.

Nononononono, I took it after that. You couldn't have banned him if you didn't ban him before the server crash. I even have friends who were there when it happened. They got pissed because they lost there contraptions. I am not an attention seeker, I was just trying to help out. I called Ocfos when he started to spam props. Then the server crashed. Jamza, I guess you got there after the crash. Those pictures were not taken before you banned him because he was still on when he crashed the server.

Well, what could he acomplish by sending you to an empty server? To anoy you? Doesn't seem like a troll to me, as that wouldn't really anoy you for more than a couple of seconds. He's been kind to post minges and propspammers in the past, so why would he waste all that credibility on inviting admin(s?) to an empty server?
I'm sure you had something else you were doing, and admin-ship shouldn't take time from private life, but isn't a 24hour ban a bit much? That's just my oppinion anyhow.

I was also thinking that if someone is an admin, they should have the responsibility of checking on the server and trying the make it better. I called Ocfos when the guy started to spam. He was playing HL1 and didn't go to the server. He called Jamza and by the time Jamza got there there server had restarted/crashed. And Jamza, if you were on earlier and it was booming with people, why would you come on and no one was there. There were at least six people on before the server restarted/crashed.

And yes, in the past I have posted here about minges on the server. The VERY LAST thing I would do is waste your time if there wasn't a reason. I was really trying to help out.
EDIT: I will take the ban but, this here is a good argument against it.

Yes, we do have a responsibility to try and keep the server in order. The problem is, we also have real lives, in the real world, with real world things to do. It is not always a convenient time to check the server. Although we do try our best.
Can I also just point out, I didn't want to ban you (Ocfos banned you). I just wanted to have a rage at you.

you agreed that it was waste of our time to come visit a completely empty server to get a guy who already are banned

Yeah, it wans't suppose to be empty! I got disconnected from the server. When this happens to me, the server crashes. The guy didn't come back. It is not my fault. I contacted you right when he started spamming. Jamza just took some time (not his fault) getting there and by that time it was crashed and the guy had left.
And Ocfos, you tricked me. Meany. Ha! You said you wanted to show me something on the server. BOOOOM! BANNED!

Chill down, I wished that we had a good reason to bring up a discussion too, but it seems like they have found agreement. Apparently.

He's right, I was present at the time. When Ocfos banned you, which was late at night in the UK if I remember rightly, I was informed in IM about it by Jamza. He said something like how he was called to an empty server for what seemed like no such good reason at all.
I also don't like how you're using false evidence against us in order to get out of your ban, and I mean for crying out loud you only have a few hours left on it. You could at least wait it out for christ's sake. Also, thanks for the picture. I will be forwarding this onto Karl so he can implement an outright ban on that prop in particular.
Also, yes, I was present to witness this at the time it was happening. I even remember the PHX plate with the hoverballs attached to it like it was yesterday. Dexter was the perpetrator and he had already been banned earlier on the evening way before you were banned after pointlessly calling admins to an empty server.
Contrary to popular belief, we don't like kicking/banning people, and from what I can percieve, you were clearly wasting admin time. Argument resolved, case closed, topic locked, what a waste of my breath, time and energy. Thanks to you guys, I nearly burnt my pizza writing up a reply to this. To ruin an admin's pizza is purely asking for it.
